The Assistant Governor Training Seminar on Friday afternoon. On that Friday afternoon, we will be conducting a training session for the Assistant Governors as your AGs fill a critical role in district leadership and can be a tremendous source of help to you.  In this seminar, we will cover the role and responsibilities of the AG in terms of performance expectations, decision-making authority, and communications with district leadership and clubs. The seminar will also cover leading through cooperation, and will integrate case studies and video clips to illustrate cooperative leadership techniques. Seminar leaders will be Woody Northup and Elizabeth Usovicz.

Who should attend from each District: All district and club leadership should plan on attending the Saturday session.  This includes; DG, DGE,  DGN, AGs, Foundation Chair, Membership Chair,  Public Image Chair, District Trainer and all interested Rotarians.

Topics to be covered: The Saturday sessions will focus on Our Foundation, Membership and Public Image, the three components of Rotary’s current strategic plan.
