Emerging Rotary Leaders Training Seminar is designed to provide potential leaders in Rotary with a forum to learn about leadership at the district level and beyond and to consider their options for future service including information on serving as a District Governor.
Seminar participants will gain insights from some of the most effective leaders in Rotary International in an interactive, engaging format that includes small group discussions, net-working, idea sharing, Q&A and mentoring with Past District Governors from across Zones 30 and 31.
District Membership Chair Training Seminar is designed to provide the DMC leaders with a forum to learn how to address the membership challenges here in North America and in our two Zones. Participants will gain insights from some of the most effective leaders in Rotary International in an interactive, engaging format that includes small group discussions, net-working, idea sharing, Q&A and mentoring. This one day DMC training will cover the Regional Membership Initiative (RMI) for 2017-18.
The RI board has allocated funds for the purpose of this training. Those DMCs that attend will be reimbursed their registration fee and up to an additional $400 for their travel and hotel accommodations.
Executive Director/Secretary Seminar is designed to provide these individuals with an interactive, engaging format that includes small group discussions, net-working, idea sharing, Q&A and mentoring with key members of the Rotary International leadership team. Attendees will share best practices, job descriptions, etc. This seminar is open to both paid and non paid staff positions. In Rotary, we are seeing the growing importance and use of such individuals that help the district, the district governor and our Clubs in administrative and other areas. This is the first time this seminar will have been held and attendees will be able to discuss what they are doing and share best practices. As more clubs and districts utilize a paid staff structure, your zone leadership team is taking positive steps in engaging these leaders in understanding their roles within the overall Rotary strategic plans and initiatives.
