Originally established 30 years ago to help evaluate Health, Hunger and Humanity (3-H) Grants, The Rotary Foundation Cadre of Technical Advisers continues to play an active role in evaluating our grant projects to assure proper stewardship of Rotary Foundation funds. With nearly 600 Rotary members in about 80 countries, calling on these trained, experienced advisers can improve the quality, sustainability, and impact of your projects. Working within regional teams, they can connect districts, involve district networks and Foundation committees, and respond to requests from your clubs and districts seeking support with projects.

Individual Cadre members are selected for their professional backgrounds and can:

• offer guidance or recommendations based on their knowledge and experience
• provide direction and support for Rotary and Rotaract club members to help them achieve their project goals
• assist in project development
• advise during other stages of the project, including project implementation and site visits
• use their vocational expertise to advise project planners about effective strategies
