On April 4th, Rotary hosted its “Champions of Inclusion” event. Six honorees and other leaders in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) shared their stories and discussed what’s possible when People of Action come together to amplify the power of marginalized populations in our clubs, in our communities, and around the world. As we strive to have each of our clubs represent the communities we serve, and given the unprecedented disruptions and uncertainties we are facing, these principles foster creativity, give us fresh perspectives, and advance our understanding, goodwill and peace.

Hosted by Rotary and the Desmond & Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation in Cape Town, South Africa, the 1-hour event also featured performances by Cape Town’s most exciting up-and-coming entertainers. The recorded presentation will be available for viewing through the end of this month.
