Every district has clubs struggling to attract or retain members. Rotary has released new materials to help them with those challenges. There’s a brand new presentation, complete with speaker’s notes, that can be used at club or district meetings. It would make a great weekly program for a club’s membership chairperson or committee member to present. It explains the raw numbers behind our challenge, types of membership which may help clubs grow, why the club experience is key, and action steps to take. There’s also a 45-minute recording of this presentation, with additional comments and suggestions.
