As you were reading through your June issue of Rotary magazine, did you happen to notice the article on the 2023 photo awards? How’d you like the winner in the People of Action category? Well, you may not have noticed that the winning shot was taken by one of our own. It was taken by Rotarian Dan Milham, a member of the Rotary Club of Metairie, Louisiana during a medical mission to the Dominican Republic.
