Registration is open for our 2023 Zone Institute in Memphis, Tennessee. Both 2023-2024 Rotary International President Gordon McInally and Rotary Foundation Trustee Chair Barry Rassin will join us. We’ll also hear from multiple award winner and motivational speaker, Rudy Ruettiger, whose true story inspired the 1993 movie, “Rudy”. The Institute will run from Thursday, September 21st through Sunday, September 24th.

District Governor-Elect and District Governor-Nominee training will start at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19th and conclude with a dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 21st. District Governor training starts at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20th and concludes with a noon luncheon on Thursday, September 21st. Training is offered for District Chairs, starting with that same lunch at noon on Thursday, September 21st, with a 1:00 p.m. seminar to follow. ARRIVAL SUGGESTIONS BASED ON ROLE (The program is still being finalized; however, we can offer the following information:)

• Facilitator training is Tuesday, September 24th starting at 8:00 a.m.
• DGEs/DGNs: Tuesday, September 24th – arrival of DGEs/DGNs (and partners), Off-site Leadership Event at 12:30 p.m., followed by a evening welcome reception with bonding dinner.
• DGs: Wednesday, September 25th – arrival of DGs (and partners) in time for Wednesday lunch at 12:00 noon. Training starts at 1:15 p.m. followed by 6:00 p.m. joint (DG/DGE/DGN) offsite Leadership Event and dinner.
• District Committee Chairs: Thursday, September 21st – DMC, DRFC and DPIC training will start with a joint lunch session with their DG-DGE-DGN at 11:30 a.m. Training will run from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Participants are encouraged to attend the entire Institute.
• District/Club Trainers and Administrators: Thursday, September 21st – Training will start with a joint lunch session with their DG-DGE-DGN at 11:30 a.m. Training will run from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Participants are encouraged to attend the entire Institute.
• Emerging Rotary Leaders: Friday, September 22nd – Emerging Rotary Leaders training will run from 8:30am and conclude at 4:30 p.m.  ERL participants are encouraged to attend the entire Institute.
• PDGs: Thursday, September 21st – Opening session will start at 5:30 p.m. and be followed by the Rotary Reunion Tailgate Party.
• Other Guests: Thursday, September 21st – Institute formal opening ceremony at 5:30 p.m. followed by the Rotary Reunion Tailgate Party.
• Summit Conclusion: Sunday, September 24th – The Institute will conclude by 10:30 a.m.
