The Rotary Foundation Cadre of Technical Advisers is a group of Rotary members from around the world who volunteer their technical and professional expertise in one or more of Rotary’s areas of focus or auditing and are familiar with Rotary grants. Their mission is to strengthen the impact of Rotary’s grants by assisting Rotary members in planning projects and safeguarding Foundation funds.
