Help Incoming Club Committees Prepare

As districts host their annual learning events for incoming club leaders, it is worth reminding them of the many materials available in the Learning Center to help them in their roles and with leading their club committees. Every club should have a committee for these five areas:

  • Membership
  • Administration
  • The Rotary Foundation
  • Service Projects
  • Public Image

Learning responsibilities in each of these areas and how to lead the club’s work in them becomes even more important in smaller clubs, where the committee may only consist of a few (or one) member. You’ll find detailed courses in each of these areas, as well as for each club officer’s position, and various leadership tasks in the “Club Leadership” section of the Learning Center.
