Yes, we’ve reduced wild polio-caused illnesses by 99.9%. Yes, we’ve immunized over 3 billion children. Yes, we’ve knocked the number of countries with endemic polio down from 125 to two. But, WE ARE NOT FINISHED. We won’t have kept our promise to the children of the world until every country is declared polio-free. Now is not the time for us to allow our Rotarians to grow complacent or succumb to compassion fatigue. Let’s put a push on in every district and club to celebrate World Polio Day, coming up on October 24th
