On December 29, 2023, just in time for the new year, The Rotary Club of Jasper-Passport  (Club number 225804) chartered with 20 members, in District 6580. The membership starts with 15 new Rotarians, 3 transfers, and 2 former Rotarians. It will meet on Wednesdays at noon. Darren Patterson, Charter Club President, led the effort on behalf of Rotary District 6580, which supports over 30 clubs in Southern Indiana.

According to the Rotary Locator, it will meet at Parlor Doughnuts, located at 511 Newton Street in Jasper, Indiana. The new club will be a non-traditional club that will allow members to participate in Rotary according to their schedules.
