Rotary’s approach to building knowledge and skills is shifting from a training model to a learning model, putting participants at the center of the learning experience so they can direct their own learning and skill development. Presenters will help us explore how to move from delivering lectures and presentations to creating dynamic learning experiences through facilitated dialogue and idea sharing.
