Peace Conference Coming to Our Zones

Take part in a gathering where Rotary Peace Fellows, members, and experts from academia, government, public safety, religion, business, and community service will share ideas and propose solutions to some of society’s most complex challenges. The 2023 International Peace Conference is hosted by District 6860 (Alabama) in partnership with the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute and the Institute for Human Rights at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, May 4th – 6th, at the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Center.

The two-day, immersive conference will bring together Rotarians, non-Rotarians, and distinguished leaders in academia, government, public safety, religion, business, and community service from across our nation and the globe to share ideas and highlight the pursuit of peace at all levels of society. Highlights will include programs and approaches that are already making a positive impact.

The event includes a symposium on May 4th with programs and networking opportunities for Rotary Peace Fellows and members. Participants can also meet before the symposium through a series of online meetings. To learn more and register, visit the 2023 International Peace Conference website.
