Of the many reasons why people join us in Rotary service (to make connections, personal growth, develop leadership, make a difference in the world, etc.) finding those reasons and engaging each individual on that level is key to attracting new members and retaining existing ones. Meeting those needs gives them reasons to stay involved.
Next month, Rotary will be sending out a survey to a sample of Rotarians (both Rotary and Rotaract members) to learn what they like and don’t like and to hear how our programs can be improved. Now would be a good time to explain the purpose of the survey to your members and emphasize how important it is that, if they receive one, they complete it and share their thoughts and insights.
