Celebrate Community is a collaboration between four service organizations: Rotary International; Kiwanis International; Lions International; and Optimist International. An annual event, it will take place this year in the week of September 11th – 17th. Members of these clubs will work together on service projects addressing health and wellness, education and literacy, the environment, food insecurity and hunger, overlapping in part with our seven Areas of Focus. The week’s work encourages members of these local clubs to work together on collaborative service projects and showcase the value of service in our communities. This is a great opportunity for those clubs who think they are too small to make a meaningful difference in their communities. What are your club’s plans to participate?

E-mail Rotary’s Service and Engagement Team for help developing projects or contacting the other service clubs in your area;
