The relatively new “Programs of Scale” leverage a $2 million investment with Rotary’s unique membership and other strengths in a competitive grant process. Clubs or Districts qualified to receive grants from The Rotary Foundation are eligible to compete.

Proposed collaborations must be:

  • Locally-relevant;
  • Ready to grow; and
  • Integrate monitoring and evaluation.
