When was the last time the leadership of your clubs read their clubs’ bylaws? (Have they EVER read them?) Are their club’s practices consistent with those bylaws? Not doing so can have very real and disastrous practical and legal consequences. As president, secretary, treasurer, or club committee chair, they’re charged with seeing that their Rotary or Rotaract clubs run effectively and efficiently.
