To make Resolutions clearer, more focused, and easier to review, there will be a new format for proposed resolutions.
- Resolutions will include only one resolution statement, with no “Whereas” clauses
- Proposers can include a statement of the purpose and effect of each resolution
- There will only be a Financial Impact Statement if the amount is significant
Resolutions must be submitted by June 30th, 2026, so NOW would be a good time for your District and clubs to discuss any proposals they would like to put forth, and learn how to do that. Rotary has released the following new resources to help with that:
