The Lexington airport LEX is 9 miles northeast.
The resort fee covers serval amenities which include Daily Enhanced High-Speed Internet Access, Daily Pickleball Equipment and Court Rental for 1 hour for 2 guests per room. Pickleball demonstration from 4-5 pm sign up required, Daily Bike Rentals for 2 guests per room for 2 hours, Daily Putting Green access for 1-hour, Daily s’mores kits for Fire pits, and self-parking.

REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel your registration on-line using the same link at which you registered.
If you cannot cancel your registration online, contact the Registrar to request event cancellation, and include the names of those canceling and identify specified items being canceled, along with district number/cell number.

REFUND POLICY:

Through July 15, 2027 – Full Refund.
July 16 through August 10, 2027 – $50 processing fee and no refund on Training Portions for DG-DGE-DGN packages and prorated amounts on Conference packages.
No refunds after August 10, 2027
Refunds will be issued based on the form of payment received and subject to approval by the RI Director.
Refunds will be issued after the event ends.
