The Rotary Foundation Cadre of Technical Advisers is a group of Rotary members who have professional expertise in at least one of Rotary’s seven areas of focus or in financial auditing and who are familiar with Rotary grants. Regional organizers each support Rotary clubs in a specific region of the world. The leader for North America is Jay Colingham. These are leaders who focus on building relationships between the Cadre and their region’s Rotary members and club, district, and regional leaders. The Cadre has more than 500 specialists organized by area of focus who are available to collaborate with Rotary and Rotaract clubs on project planning, monitoring, and evaluation in a process of continuous improvement.
