Just as most companies have job descriptions setting forth the responsibilities of each position, you can find similar guidance for your role regarding your club’s or district’s grants. For each person involved, from the District Governor to the chairpersons of the various Foundation subcommittees, and the Club President, there’s a clear listing of the qualifications for the position, the role they play in undertaking a successful grant, and resources available to help them succeed in their position.
