Building new clubs is an important way to expand Rotary, but it’s also important to gauge the needs of your club and community first. It doesn’t help if your experienced members are leaving as fast as new ones are coming in. - Change your meeting location, frequency, or attendance policy;
- Try new meeting practices, using existing content, and service projects;
- Start a satellite club to specialize in a particular interest of, or meet a particular need of, a group of members.
