At its January meeting, in reviewing the 2025 Council on Resolutions requests, the board:

encouraged district governors-elect to consider newer members with pertinent qualifications for service on district committees
encouraged all clubs to convene an annual meeting focused on the Council on Legislation
encouraged Rotary public image coordinators to help district learning committees and district public image committees

agreed to consider concerns about setting an upper age limit for Rotaract membership as part of a larger review of Rotaract

acknowledged that the governors-nominee learning seminar can include topics relevant to that seminar’s governors-nominee

did not agree to a proposal to reestablish the annual presidential theme
did not agree to develop new public image training programs at the district level

referred to the Trustees of The Rotary Foundation a proposal to provide detailed contribution information to Endowment donors
