Your Club Needs Mentors

For a club to successfully recruit new members, it must have a cadre of informed, motivated members. Retaining these experienced Rotarians is easier than recruiting and training new members to take their place. And research has shown that the single most important factor in retaining your members is the experience they have in your club. Socializing and networking with other members if frequently cited as a main reason for members staying engaged.
