Cyclonic Storm Ditwah was a catastrophic tropical cyclone that recently hit Sri Lanka and Southern India. Heavy rains and landslides resulted in at least 638 deaths, 18 injuries, and 191 people missing. Flooding and landslides destroyed 4,517 homes and damaged 76,066 others nationwide. In response, The Rotary Foundation has established a temporary Cyclone Ditwah Response Fund to support disaster response grants in communities in Sri Lanka.
The Cyclone Ditwah Response Fund will accept contributions, including District Designated Funds, from now through March 31, 2026. you and your members can:

- Transfer District Designated Funds to the Cyclone Ditwah Response Fund
