Using The Learning Center to Guide Your District

Does your district have any goals for helping its members learn more about Rotary and The Rotary Foundation? If not, it isn’t too late for Governors to set some, and for Governors-Elect and Governors-Nominee to begin thinking about those for the next years. You can get help in thinking about, setting and reaching those goals in The Learning Center. It can show you the completion status of everyone in your district who has enrolled in courses and learning plans.

You can design a learning plan for all your district’s leadership, to assure they not only have the knowledge necessary for their roles, but understand how their roles interacts with others’, then monitor the progress of each person to assure their committee functions to the best of its abilities.

You can download the full course catalog, which includes topics such as:

It has a robust reporting function as well. To access it:

  1. Go to rotary.org/learn.
  2. Sign in to My Rotary if you’re prompted to.
  3. Use the ☰ menu in the upper left to go to My Dashboard.
  4. If the course doesn’t appear under My Courses and Learning Plans, search for “Access to Learning Center Reports” in the search box.

Wouldn’t it be great to show up in Columbus with the planning for your district’s learning already underway?
